Belvedere Condominiums was a mixed use development that included the Design-Build of an 18 storey, 111 unit luxury condominium with 2 floors (25,000 sq.ft.) of retail and office space, complete with 3 levels of underground parking. This precast clad structure was one of the first residential towers built in the GTA that featured self-contained mechanical systems for each individual suite.
The quality and craftsmanship that went into the construction of this residential tower, helped to reinforce Inzola’s reputation as a leader in the construction industry, and brought many repeat purchasers when the Park Place Condominium project went to market.
